A professionally led, 8-week postpartum support group with thoughtful education and guidance—bringing new moms together each week for connection, conversation, and support in the early months with baby.
Why This Exists
This group was born out of both my own postpartum experience and the many conversations I’ve had with other moms who felt surprised by how little support exists after birth. There’s so much care and attention during pregnancy, but postpartum can feel like a sudden shift. I wanted to create something that carries that support forward, a space where you can receive guidance, learn from trusted providers, and feel less alone in the day-to-day. I also deeply believe in the importance of community, especially in this season. Making friends as a new mom can be hard, and this group is meant to help make those connections feel more natural.
What this group includes:
A small, consistent group of moms each week
A calm, welcoming, baby-friendly space
Facilitated by a OB/GYN registered nurse/lactation consultant
Short, focused educational segments during most sessions
Guided conversations around postpartum recovery, feeding, sleep, and emotional health
Access to weighted feeds and light lactation support as needed
Guest sessions with trusted local providers
Light refreshments and a comfortable environment
A thoughtfully designed educational booklet to support you between sessions
This group is for you if:
You’re in the first 4 months postpartum
You want connection, but not a large or overwhelming group
You’re navigating feeding, sleep, recovery, or emotional shifts
You want both support AND guidance (not just a social meetup)

An educational session by Amanda Saliba, pediatric OT. Always a favorite with the moms!
Mom’s night out! At the end of each cohort, I like to coordinate an outing just for the moms to celebrate new friendships and to have some well deserved baby-free time!
Winter 2025 babies. Their first friends!
End of the cohort craft to remember the group and the babies :)
