Joining Haven Postpartum means stepping into a space that is intentionally designed to support you through the early months of motherhood—physically, emotionally and socially. This is more than a support group; it’s a guided, professionally-led experience where you’ll gain knowledge, build confidence, and form meaningful connections.

About The Group

A Structured 8-Week Series

Each cohort meets weekly for 8 weeks, creating consistency and continuity with the same group of moms. Sessions are thoughtfully structured to include a blend of education, open discussion, and practical support.

Each week, we focus on topics relevant to early postpartum life, such as:

  • Infant feeding and lactation

  • Sleep

  • Postpartum recovery

  • Mental health & mood disorders

  • Navigating relationships and identity in motherhood

  • Connection with local resources

Professional Guidance

Each session is structured to include focused education on key postpartum and infant topics, providing you with clear, evidence-based guidance. Most sessions are led by a registered nurse/IBCLC with select sessions featuring guest professionals with specialized expertise in postpartum women and infants.

Meaningful Community

One of the most valuable parts of the group is the connection you’ll build with other moms in the same stage of life. Many moms find that these relationships extend well beyond the 8 week series.

Groups are intentionally kept small to allow for deeper connection and individualized attention. This ensures every mom feels seen, heard, and supported.
