About
Hi, I’m Tera—mom to four lovely girls, an experienced nurse, and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I’ve worked in many areas of nursing since 2015, but for the past four years my heart has been fully dedicated to caring for perinatal women and lactating moms
My passion for postpartum and lactation comes directly from my own experiences. The sleepless nights, the overwhelm, the isolation, and the breastfeeding struggles—I’ve lived all of it. And I quickly learned that the support new parents receive in pregnancy often disappears the moment you leave the hospital. I believe that level of care should continue, not end.
That’s why I created my postpartum support groups: to offer ongoing, compassionate, judgment-free support during one of the most vulnerable seasons of life. My goal is to build your confidence by helping you trust your instincts. There’s no one right way to parent, and I’m here to support you in choosing what feels right for your family
When I’m not working with new moms, you can usually find me soaking up time with my family, experimenting with a new hobby (currently learning to sew!), and almost always holding a cup of coffee (yes, you CAN have coffee while breastfeeding!)
